Once you have loans submitted in the system and in your pipeline, you will want to use our “Case System” which allows you to contact the Operations team including the UW, Closer/Doc Drawers, based on your inquiry.

 

Those messages go directly to the individuals working on that specific loan which will provide a quicker and more efficient response. Also on the website under our “News & Tools” section, we have our Pricing Matrix, Product Guidelines and a handful of other resource information guides. I have also included our important information news item which may answer some questions or better provide you some guidance.
