  • The renovation budget is disbursed in draws. So, the first phase of rehab/construction is paid out of pocket by the borrower and then they submit a draw request for that amount. We send an inspector out to confirm that work is completed and then we reimburse for it.

  • We only release for completed work. If the line item being requested are windows, we need to confirm ALL windows are completed before we release the draw.

We do not require receipts, only need to be sure the work is completed that is being paid for.
